I'm Sebastian Alumbaugh Caso, Co-Founder of Fluxar Media. By day, I'm in trade school training in auto and diesel technology, hands-on, detail-driven work that taught me discipline and problem-solving. By night (and weekends), I run Fluxar Media, helping businesses grow through smart marketing strategy. I'm constantly sharpening my marketing skills and love connecting with new people, networking is where the best ideas and opportunities come from. Two trades, one mindset: build things that work.

I believe in doing what I say I'm going to do — on time, every time. At Fluxar Media, keeping a promised timeline isn't a nice-to-have for me; it's the baseline my clients can count on. I plan carefully and stay hands-on throughout a project so nothing slips through the cracks between kickoff and delivery. I also don't think quality and cost have to be at odds. By cutting out unnecessary overhead and keeping my process lean, I'm able to hold myself to a high standard of craftsmanship while still keeping costs down for the people I work with. My reputation is built on reliability and transparency — I want clients to trust not just the work I deliver, but the way I deliver it.
